2026 Southern Amateur Championship Refund Policy

Exempt Player Withdrawal: If an exempt player withdraws for any reason before 11:59pm CST on the stated invitation deadline, entry fee will be refunded minus $50.00 administrative fee. Withdrawals after close of registration, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after Wednesday, July 1, 2026.

Successful Qualifier Withdrawal: If a successful qualifier withdraws for any reason after paying his remaining championship balance of $180.00 and before 11:59pm CST on Wednesday, July 11, 2026, 50% of the remaining championship balance will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
