2024 Southern Amateur Championship Refund Policy

Exempt Player Withdrawal: If an exempt player withdraws for any reason before 11:59pm CST on the stated invitation deadline, entry fee will be refunded minus $50.00 administrative fee. Withdrawals after close of registration, 50% of the entry fee will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after Friday, July 5, 2024.

Successful Qualifier Withdrawal: If a successful qualifier withdraws for any reason after paying his remaining championship balance of $175.00 and before 11:59pm CST on Sunday, July 14, 2024, 50% of the remaining championship balance will be refunded. No refunds will be made for withdrawals after Sunday, July 14, 2024.

*Note: SGA will process your withdrawal and applicable refund within 72 hours.
