- By signing below, ____________________ (company name, hereinafter "Customer" ) warrants that all statements made herein are true and correct to the best of its knowledge. Customer authorizes PW Companies, LLC and its subsidiaries to check any credit history on the Company it deems necessary. Customer is hereby notified that a negative credit report reflecting on their credit record may be submitted to a credit reporting agency if Customer fails to fulfill the terms of their credit obligations. By signing below, Customer agrees to pay for all goods and services provided by PW Companies, LLC and its subsidiaries according to the agreed upon terms listed. Finance charges will accrue at the rate of 2% per month on all past due balances. No orders will ship on past due accounts. Customer agrees to pay all finance charges and collection fees required in the enforcement of this agreement. This Agreement is to be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
