Hello! Thank you so much for your interest in Yappy Hour at Altadena Valley Animal Clinic! We can't wait to meet you and your pup!

Our enrollment process is as follows: Once we receive this form, you will receive an email from our head trainer (usually within 24 hours) letting you know if a seat is available for the start date you are requesting. We will also let you know how you can pay your $125 class fee (Venmo, credit card).

Space is limited, and seats are not reserved until payment is received, so please be sure to check your email.

Your instructor will email you the day before class starts regarding what to bring and where to go. :)
