Terms and Conditions Please Read Carefully

1. All art sold in Artist Alley must be the artist's own work, whether originals, prints, books of the artist's work, music, sculpture, art created at-con per customer request, etc. You must submit samples of your work (upload pictures) to be juried in to Artist Alley. If your art is not your own, you will not qualify for Artist Alley. You are welcome to see about purchasing a table in the Dealer's Room.

2. Artist Alley is in an open area and is not secured. You are responsible for either removing your belongings at the end of each day, or securing them in some way. Balticon and BSFS are not responsible for art that is lost and/or stolen. If you cannot tend your table, you might want to consider putting your art in our Art Show instead. Artist Alley tables are expected to be open all four days of the convention unless other arrangements are made in advance.

3. All Artist Alley vendors and staff must be members of Balticon. When you register for Artist Alley you will given the opportunity to purchase discounted memberships for you or your staff, one for each table. Additional memberships must be purchased through the regular Balticon Registration process. The earlier you purchase the membership, the less expensive it will be. If you are already a member (such as BSFS members or program participants) that counts as your membership.
