*Swag is not provided for employee events. For custom department or employee swag, please fill out a new graphic design request. Departments are expected to fund department branded items.
Tents: Availability based on first come, first serve basis. Departments checking these items out are responsible for pick-up and return within a week after the event date.
Tablecloths: Availability based on first come, first serve basis. Departments checking out these items are responsible for pick-up and return within a week after the event. Tablecloths must be dry-cleaned before returning to Marketing. (Please note we do not have tables - contact engineering for tables.)
