A $500.00 deposit must be submitted at the same time as the application but no later than February 28, 2019.
Student Signature
You are required to be in good academic standing with a minimum GPA of 2.75 and to have no pending disciplinary or academic actions against you. Your signature indicates your understanding and verification of this.

Submit all deposits and payments to: Cashier’s Office in the Admin Building (Old Main) OR through your student account. You can access your student account through DORI at www.duq.edu/dori. In order for your spot to be held, you MUST provide your electronic receipt via email to your faculty leader listed above or to the office address above.
*This cost is based on total number of participants (12-20); the more participants the lower the cost. Itinerary and schedule subject to change if circumstances warrant.
