I understand that this is a general consultation intake form designed so Blonde Voyage Salon can help me choose which New Client Service option I'm best suited for.

I understand that if I desire a more thorough explanation of the coloring process or a detailed analysis of my current hair I will need to schedule an in-person consultation.

I understand that average wait time to get on the schedule for a New Client Service is about 2 weeks unless reschedules happen with current clients.

I understand that initial average investment of my first appointment ranges from $280-$340 and maintenance/session appointments range from $180-$270 depending on current hair, goal hair, and required upkeep.

I understand that maintenance appointment prices are for appointments booked no longer than 4 months after initial New Client session or previous session and going 5 months or longer between coloring services requires me to book under the New Client Service time blocks if I'd like to rebook.
