After submitting your Reservation Request you will recieve a copy of the request via email. The venue coordinator will contact you as soon as possible.
The total amount due will be required to hold the date/time as soon as it has been confirmed that it is available.
Concerning cancellations and no shows, please review the refund policy in the Rental Policies and Procedures document. The refund amount pertains to the total amount due (deposit plus rental fee plus tables and chairs).
Deposits are generally returned within 2-3 weeks after the venue has been cleared for cleanliness and damage.
100% of your venue rental helps maintain Hilliard's only historical village and museum.
The Historical Society is a nonprofit organization that is soley run by volunteers and maintains the historical village and museum only with donations.
