At least 6 photos are needed:

• 4 photos showing the whole mower - Front, Back and Both sides
• 1 photo of the Model serial # tag  (not to be confused with the engine serial # tag)
• 1 photo of hour meter

A video of the following is required...

1. Start engine and throttle up
2. Kick blades on then off again
   
3. Drive mower 10 feet forward then 10 ft in reverse
