Meals

The following information will help us to prepare meals that enhance your experience.
- We want ALL campers to feel included at mealtime, so please be as thorough as possible. Last-minute changes are difficult in this remote setting.
- Note: Breakfast is at 8 a.m., Lunch at 12 p.m. and Dinner at 5 p.m.
- These times can be flexible, but because of staffing, please adhere to them as much as possible.
- Food requirements beyond these choices may be available, but we suggest participants come prepared with their own food if their dietary needs are beyond the choices listed above.

Special need requests, including any barrier-free needs:
A reminder that - unless otherwise agreed upon - your group will be expected to provide four helpers for "KP Duty" at the conclusion of each meal for 30 minutes. Please designate someone from your group to be "point person" for enlisting/assigning this service and introduce to our Kitchen Manager upon arrival. Thank you!
