Greetings in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
Thank you for your interest in being an exhibitor at the Men and Women's Conference:Living Intentionally on Purpose. This year’s conference will take place at the Doubletree by Hilton Norwalk Hotel, located at 789 Connecticut Avenue, Norwalk, Connecticut. The date is Friday, July 14 - Sunday, July 16, 2023.
Exhibitor booths will be open from 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM on Friday, July 14, 2023 (Closed during church service, at 7:30 PM), may open back up after church service).
Exhibitor booths will be open from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, July 15, 2023 (Closed during church service, at 10:00 AM), may open back up after church service).
Exhibitor booths may open back up from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM on Saturday Evening, July 15, 2023.
Exhibitor booths may open from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM on Sunday, July 16, 2023 (Closed during church service, at 9:30 AM), may open back up after church service).
**The fee is $100, which includes 1 table and 1 chair. The number of chairs must specified on this application.

Setup & Breakdown
Friday, July 14, 2023 - Setup is between 3:00 PM and 4:30 PM (no later). Breakdown is 30 minutes to 1 hour after church service.
Saturday, July 15, 2023 - Setup is between 7:30 AM and 9:00 AM (no later). Breakdown is at 5:00 PM (I Am My Sister WHW) will not be responsible for your vending items), please secure them if you are coming back for the evening vending.
Saturday (Evening) July 15, 2023 - Setup is 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Breakdown is at 10:00 PM
Sunday, July 16, 2023 - Setup is between 7:00 AM and 8:00 AM (no later). Breakdown by 11:00 AM
2. You will also be required to promote this event on your social media page and/or stories.
3. Vendors are only allowed to bring one guest with them for setup and working their tables.
4. Vendors are needed in the following area: (we will be selective to limit duplication)
Health
Fitness
Skincare
Haircare
Beauty
Jewelry
Clothing
Authors
etc.
**Additional exhibitor guidelines are detailed in the Exhibitor Application and Exhibitor Letter of Agreement of which both must be completed and signed and the fee paid in full for your application to be considered.
The Workshops are included in your fee and you may attend any of them, but you must register on our website ahead of time @ https://www.iammysisterwomenhelpingwomen.org (state that you are a vendor).

Please Note:Refunds must be requested before July 12, 2023. Refunds will be refunded minus $25.
