This training form is for Adult Manners, not behavioral issues.
This training form is for one (1) dog ages 6-12 months.
Training sessions take place in your home.
Training sessions run bi-weekly (weekly in some cases).

By submitting this form with your payment you are agreeing to the package that you have selected. There is a $75.00 cancellation fee, which will be deducted from your training package payment before any refund will be issued.
