If you don't know what a Minecraft server helper is then I'd like to see a picture of the massive rock you've been living under while you've been playing Minecraft. In essence, they control/monitor chat, answer questions, and assist in the navigation of both our Minecraft and Discord servers. We're looking for people with both in-game experience and communication skills, capable of handling both in and out of game situations. As you progress through the staff ranks, your responsibilities will increase and as such your abilities in those areas become increasingly important. We're not looking for staff members to just stay as helpers throughout their tenor, we're looking for people with the potential to become true assets, whether you're already to that point or you have the potential to develop into a great, high ranking staff member.
