FAIR HOURS: Saturday 10-6pm, Sunday 9-4pm
Vendors must remain open until end of the closing hour of each day. No sales prior to opening hours. DO NOT BEING TO PACK UP UNTIL AFTER 4PM ON SUNDAY
A watchman will patrol Friday and Saturday nights. However, the Mountain Mamas are not responsible for loss or damage.
PARKING POLICY AS OF 2019:
Parking is very tight in Stanley. Several new buildings have caused us to have even less space for vehicles. Therefore, it is most likely that for the 2019 Fair there MAY NOT be free vendor parking.
To ease the movement of vendor product on and off the Fair site, the private road west of the Fair site will be open for two hours after the close of the Fair on Saturday and two hours before the Fair opens on Sunday. Vendors should plan the movement of product on and off the Fair site with this in mind.
Please bring your vehicle license number and cell phone number to check in for the fair prior to setting up your booth.
After picking up your Vendor Packet (Booth Badge, Vendor Badge, Map, and Municipal Tax Form), you may unload on the Fairgrounds and set up after 10:00 a.m. till 7pm Friday and from 7am-8:30am Saturday morning. ALL vehicles MUST be off the Fairgrounds after that time.
Vendors may replenish their stock (using the private road adjacent to the fairgrounds) for 1 hour after the fair ends on Saturday, and 1 hour before the fair begins on Sunday.
No vehicles or trailers are allowed on the grounds during Fair hours.
LOADING UP AFTER THE FAIR:
The show ends at 4pm on Sunday. From 4-4:30pm please pack up your tent and all products. After 4:30pm you may bring your cars or trucks onto the fairgrounds, provided you are completely packed up and ready to load (tent, tables, and products should be completely dismantled).
You will not be able to bring the oversized vehicle back onto the fairgrounds before 5:00 pm on Sunday.
From 4:30-5:00 pm, please use your 1-2 smaller vehicle(s) to ferry your equipment and products to your larger vehicle that is still in the parking lot.
***NO VEHICLES SHOULD BE ON THE FAIRGROUNDS UNTIL YOUR BOOTH, EQUIPMENT, AND PRODUCTS ARE COMPLETELY PACKED UP.
DOGS, BICYCLES, SMOKING:
NO DOGS will be allowed on the Fairgrounds or in vendor booths. There will be an area for dog exercise. If you have a service dog, they must be registered when you check in.
NO BICYCLES are allowed on the Fairgrounds.
NO SMOKING is allowed within the Fairgrounds. A designated smoking area will be provided on the edge of the area. No exceptions. We appreciate your cooperation with enforcement of these rules.
No Camping (tent, rv, car, truck, van, etc) is allowed within the Stanley city limits except in very limited areas . There camping spots at the Mountain Village and The Valley Creek Motel. All these designated "camping areas" will fill fast.
There is also dispersed camping which means they can park/camp almost anywhere as long as they are outside the city limits. For area forest camping information, contact the Stanley Ranger Station at (208) 774-3000.
For lodging information, contact the Chamber of Commerce at (208) 774-3411 or visit www.stanleycc.org.
