Applications are reviewed and juried. There is no application fee. However, there is a $100.00 Deposit Fee required upon approval, in addition to the vendor fees referenced-above. Please complete all fields. If we require additional information and/or images, our vendor director, Cynthia Vela, will contact the applicant via the referenced contact information completed by the applicant. Vendor Registration Application Deadline is March 15, 2019, unless otherwise informed and/or the event is full prior to that date. Once approved, you will receive an Indemnity Agreement Vendor Contract via email, to be signed and returned via email @ email@example.com and an Invoice, via Square, DUE UPON RECEIPT! IF YOU CANNOT PAY VIA SQUARE, PLEASE CONTACT CYNTHIA VELA TO MAKE OTHER ARRANGEMENTS FOR PAYMENT. Once your payment has been received in full and your Indemnity Agreement signed and returned to EESG, your application will be complete and you will be added to the vendor participant roster.
Booth Assignments are generated the week prior to the event and a load-in, load-out instruction email will be sent out to all participants, along with your booth assignment information. Load in will commence on Saturday, April 6th in group tiers beginning at 11am. Load-out will commence at 7:15 on Sunday, April 7th in group tiers. Security will be assigned during open hours and overnight hours of the event. Vendors can leave their set up overnight. EESG, SECURITY nor DISCOVERY GREEN is responsible for damage, theft or other uncontrolled or unforeseen weather conditions occuring before, during and/or after the event.
Electricity is provided in each booth. The event will carry into night hours, therefore, vendors are required to bring their extension cords and lights, including but not limited to, surge protectors, tape for taping down loose wires, zip ties and accessories needed to create a safe vendor space for attending patrons.
Tents: Aztec will be providing tents and weights. However, it is the vendors responsibility to bring their own tables, chairs, linen or cloth table covers, booth set ups, signage, extension cords, duck tape for extension cords, etc. or whatever is required for vendor's booth set up. OUTSIDE TENTS, PROPANE and GENERATORS ARE PROHIBITED. Vendors are to respect their neighbors spaces and instructed not to move their tent set up, drill holes in concrete, deface vendor space and/or damage Discovery Green premises, interfere with neighbors booth area and/or exceed the purchased booth space allotted. Vendors are required to maintain a clean and respectable environment during the festival and must not leave vendor booth space unattended. Vendors failing to adhere to these requirements will be ejected from the event without refund of security deposit and any and all booth fees.
As mentioned above, vendors will receive load in/load out requirements, map, booth assignment and other information regarding this event the week prior to the weekend of the event date.
