Parents, we are excited about all that God is doing at Wakulla Christian School. Thank you for your continued support and confidence in our school. We are already getting many phone calls from families inquiring about entrance for the {cyear} school year. The only way that we can take new applications is to know how many students are returning.
School procedure is to allow WCS families to re-enroll their current students and to apply for siblings. Siblings are considered new students and must go through the school application/evaluation process. While re-enrolling your current students, you will be asked if you have intent to apply for a sibling. Next week you will receive a separate email with instructions on how to apply online and what documentation is required. Once we have received all documentation, the evaluation application, and fees, we will contact you regarding your evaluation application status during the last week of February (we will not have information available before then).
Your child will be re-enrolled into WCS for the Fall {cyear} school year once you have completed the form below and paid the non-refundable re-enrollment fees.
Please note however, WCS reserves the right at the end of the school year to deny re-enrollment to a student for any of the following reasons: attendance issues, low grades, inappropriate behavior on or off campus, poor attitude, discipline/disrepspect issues, financial accounts that are not in good standing, and/or any other issue or conduct that is against the school’s handbooks or policies.
Parents will be notified in the month of June if there is an issue with re-enrollment. Please note that all re-enrollment/registration paperwork that is normally given out for the new school year will be emailed over the summer.
The deadline to re-enroll current students and to apply for siblings is Friday, February 22nd. Open enrollment to the public begins March 1st.
It is important you re-enroll during this re-enrollment period or your student(s) will lose their spot(s) and you will have to re-apply during public enrollment if space permits.
Re-enrollment fees of $50.00 per student are paid on-line when you register below. If you are a Step-Up Full Scholarship, Gardiner Scholarship, or a VPK recipient, no fees are due. If there is an issue with paying on-line, please contact Laura Kennon at office@wakullachristian.com
If you don't have a computer available or need assistance with the registration process, please contact the school to schedule an appointment so we can assist you with registration at the school. It is important to schedule an appointment so we can dedicate the appropriate amount of time with you to submit this required form.
