The vendor fee is a non-refundable payment unless the event is cancelled. Upon submission approval, selected vendors have 7 days to submit full payment via paypal to: firstname.lastname@example.org before spot will be re-opened and other vendors considered.
Please Note: It is up to each individual vendor to provide necessary equipment to make sure their setup complies with all rules and regulations specified by the San Antonio City Health and Fire Department linked below. Failure to comply with these guidelines will result in dismissal from the event without a vendor refund from V.I.D.A.
