I understand that while every reasonable precaution will be taken for my safety, I hereby release and hold harmless Parramatta Christian Church, their authorised staff and/or volunteers acting on my behalf from any and all liability in the event of an accident, misfortune, injury, damage or loss that may occur to me and my property while present at the event premises. I give PCC, its authorised staff and all volunteers acting on their behalf to obtain medical, hospital or ambulance assistance in the case of an emergency. I understand that every effort will be made to notify me before instituting such procedures. I agree to pay in full for any medical, hospital and ambulance expenses incurred in my treatment.
