Thank you for your interest in being a part of the NTBAA!  We have 2 options for you as you think about how you want to be involved.  (1) Board Member - As a Board Member, you will direct and drive the programs, be a liaison between the membership and other members of the board, possibly lead a committee (work group) along with other duties and requirements as needed.  Your participation is critical.  It is our goal that your commitment remains throughout your term ( approximately 2 years): therefore we have defined minimum obligations for board meetings (conference calls), luncheons, and our annual Safety Show-Down.  We hold monthly conference calls and/or an in-person meetings and you are expected to take part in these calls/meetings.  We hold luncheons and meet & greets and you are expected to be in attendance and participate in a majority of these.  Our Annual Safety Show-Down is a mandatory attendance event.  (2) Committee (Working Group) - As a committee member,  you will sit on a committee where you will work with a board member to accomplish tasks and/or programs that will benefit the membership.  Being an active participant at NTBAA functions and activities is preferred and highly recommended.  You may be asked to participate in conference calls to facilitate these activities.
