Looking to rent some items for your upcoming expedition or training?

See below for the list of rental items that are available for your expedition or training. Please select those items you wish to rent and submit this form at least 90 days prior to the start of your expedition or training.

Typically, rental items will be delivered to you at the starting location of your expedition (Longyearbyen, Punta Arenas, Ely, etc.) If we can't deliver your items we will be in touch to make other arrangements.

Insulated Parka For Your Expedition$150.00

A polar parka that will keep your upper body warm during the expedition. This item is appropriate for our North and South Pole expeditions, Svalbard Expeditions & Greenland Expeditions.

A polar parka that will keep your upper body warm during your Shakedown Training. This item is appropriate for our Polar Trainings in the USA and Longyearbyen, Norway.

Insulated Pants For Your Expedition$100.00

Puffy pants that will keep your lower body warm while you are in camp. This item is appropriate for our North and South Pole Expeditions, Svalbard Expeditions, Greenland Expeditions, Shackleton Crossings and Vatnajokull Expeditions.

Insulated Pants For Your Shakedown Training$50.00

Puffy pants that will keep your lower body warm while you are in camp. This item is appropriate for our Polar Trainings.

Insulated Boots - (For North Pole/ South Pole Flights only)$100.00

Insulated boots for our North and South Pole flights. These boots are not compatible with our skis and therefore are not appropriate for our ski or dogsled expeditions. Select this item if you are registered for our North Pole Flight or South Pole Flight. Do not select this item if you are registered for any of our ski or dogsled expeditions.

Insulated Ski Boots - (For Skiers and Dogsledders)$150.00

These boots are compatible with our skis and are appropriate for ski or dogsled expeditions to the North Pole, ski expeditions to the South Pole and ski expeditions in Svalbard. Please contact us for rental possibilities on other ski expeditions.

Insulated Ski Boots for Shakedown Training$100.00

These boots are the same as our insulated ski boots and are appropriate for our Polar Trainings.

Men's USA

Sleeping Bag (NOT REQUIRED FOR NORTH POLE)$175.00

A polar rated synthetic sleeping bag to keep you warm at night. Do not order this if you are on a North Pole expedition or a Shakedown training as a sleeping bag will be provided for you.

Sleepig bag size

Skis and skins$350.00

(NOT REQUIRED FOR North or South Pole Flights, Shakedowns, North Pole Last Degree or South Pole Last Degree) Ski rentals include bindings and half skins for sled hauling expeditions. We have skis with 3-Pin (75mm) bindings or skis with NNN BC bindings. Please let us know which bindings you need.
