BACKDROPS
Our mission is to create a feel-good & memorable photogenic experience and infuse our photobooth into any event or atmosphere. Although our photobooth and printer itself is sleek, modern and attractive, the backdrop is typical the attention-grabber. Our backdrops are stately and luxe. Mix a variety of colors & texture, with the ability to add attachments (flowers, balloons, laser-cut stenciled names, monogrammed initials, etc.) to set the tone for the occasion, you name it and we can do it!
SOCIAL-SHARING
The ability to send photos from booth via text message, email, and share on social media. It can be added to any package along with prints, or can be used in substitution for prints for strictly digital sharing!
CUSTOM BRANDING
Custom branding is the ability to have custom logos (can be supplied by client or be designed by our team) displayed on dual-screens of photobooth and integrated on the photo print-outs.
CUSTOM PRINT DESIGN (PHOTO TEMPLATE)
Company can design a print-out template based on material supplied by Client, including logos, fonts, monograms, and ideas if provided by Client thirty (30) days before the event. If Client’s design form is not filled out, Company will provide a generic template. Company will provide a draft and one complimentary revision; any revisions must be submitted fourteen (14) days prior to event. Additional revisions or revisions requested within the fourteen (14) day period from event will be billed to Client at $25 (per additional revision or late revision request). A proof of Client’s design will be provided for final review one week prior to event date.
PROPS
Colorful, detailed, durable, and fun! Our props are made from 3d hard plastic material with a steel rod/stick to handle all funny faces and poses. Premium 3D props are included with with all wedding packages which include a variety of mustaches, lips, glasses, beards, and bow ties! We can provide props to fit each event and occasion. We also have a design team for custom signs, quotes, sayings and remarks that can be printed or hand-written, just ask!
ONLINE GALLERY
If you have ordered access to an online gallery, upon receiving downloadable link for high-resolution files, Client accepts all responsibility for archiving and protecting the media. Company is not responsible for the lifespan of any digital media provided for any future changes in digital technology or media readers that might result in an inability to read discs provided. It is Client’s responsibility to make sure that digital files are copied to new media as required. Digital media files may only be made available for download in an online gallery for 60 days.
RETAINER AND PAYMENT
A non-refundable retainer of $100 is due upon signing of Agreement. The remaining amount is due thirty (30) days in advance of Client’s Event. If paying by credit card, Client agrees to have Company charge Client’s credit card for payment of services. The Client is liable for any additional time or overage in time they request at the event at the cost of $100/hr., which will be billed in half hour increments. Client agrees that in addition to any and all other legal rights and remedies Company may have, Client will pay a $50 fee for any and all returned checks which Client may write to Company as payment for services.
