  • School Information

  • Baseline Self-Assessment

  • The Baseline Self-Assessment is worth 2 points on the rubric. Schools do not have to submit every year unless they choose to do so. Self-Assessments stay valid for 2 years, so if you completed a Self-Assessment in 2024-2025 or 2025-2026, you do not need to submit a new one and you will still receive full points on the scoring rubric.

  • Sustainability Principles & Framework

  • The Green Schools Quest projects should be rooted in two philosophical approaches, and schools can earn points by demonstrating an understanding of each approach. Please refer to the following presentations for more information to answer the next four questions:

    • Rainbow of Sustainability Principles
    • Whole School Sustainability Framework Pillars
  • Which principle(s) from the Rainbow of Sustainability did your students explore through this project? (check all that apply)*
  • The Green Schools Quest uses the Whole School Sustainability Framework, which has three pillars. Which pillar(s) did your students explore throughout their project? (check all that apply). Please note: "Whole School Sustainability" refers only to the name of the Framework, NOT to the idea that your entire school is involved in your sustainability project.*
