I and all guests staying or visiting at the rental unit will Hold Harmless Smoky Mountain Lake, LLC, it's owners, heirs, representatives, cabin owners, contract and hourly employees for any damage whatsoever including but not limited to those related to the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) Pandemic as I understand my group is traveling at our own risk and with our own Sanitizers and PPE. *

Leave my original quote as is which may include the $1500 Damage Insurance Policy. ($39 Premium will be on your invoice and you are paying the lowest refundable security deposit possible). (See info in terms and conditions agreement). I chose to pay a higher Security Deposit (Up to $500 depending on house) and not purchase Damage Insurance. This option does not apply to bookings made with Damage Insurance Promo. I would also like to Purchase Optional Trip Cancellation Insurance (Cost equals 6.95% of Room Rate, Admin, & Taxes) (See insurance info in terms and conditions agreement). We do not charge insurance on extra guest fees, cleaning, or pet fees in an effort to keep your costs as low as possible and to return as much money back to you in the event of a cancellation. Remember, this coverage is not in force until the policy is paid and you have received the policy information email from our office. Simply checking this box does not provide coverage.
