Policies of Awaken Massages
1. Please arrive on time for your session. If you are late I may have to deduct the amount of time you are late from your session time as I have clients scheduled after your appointment. You will still be charged for the full session time.
2. If you have to cancel an appointment please do so within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance a $25 fee will be charged. If this occurs three or more times you will be charged for the full session.
3. If you don’t come for your appointment this means I lost time that another client could have been scheduled. The full appointment fee will be charged to you. If this happens three times you will no longer be able to book appointments with Awaken Massages and Skin Care.
4. A health history form must be filled out before your first session which will include any conditions you currently have or medications you are currently taking (including over the counter). If, during the course of your treatment here, these change please let me know so you can update your form.
5. For my part, I promise to personalize each session to your needs, continue to expand my education and knowledge of bodywork and skin care to continue to give you the best care, and listen to any concerns you may have and resolve them to the best of my ability.
