  • Application For School Recognition Membership

  • School Recognition/Memberships are available to schools belonging to, owned, or operated by USBBF members.

    Once we receive this application for School Recognition/Membership we will verify that the person making application and School Head is/are a current USBBF member IGS (In Good Standing). 

    School Heads MUST have their rank verified.

    We recognize that schools come in all shapes and sizes.  Many of the best lessons have been taught in back yards and parks.  That said, we require and will work with you to obtain verification.  Be it websites, business licences, or in the case of non commercial settings - photos, statements from students.

    No matter the setting the USBBF insists on high standards and professional behavior for all our members and their schools.

    Allow 2 - 3 weeks for processing.

  • The applicant acknowledges and agrees that they are not authorized to use the United States Black Belt Federation authority, name, or logo in any manner without permission from United States Black Belt Federation. The United States Black Belt Federation name and logos may not be used on any letterhead, certificates, logo’s or facsimile’s of logos and on uniforms, created or outsourced by the applicant school(s,) instructor(s), and student(s).
    However, the member is allowed to wear the United States Black Belt Federation patch on their uniform.  You are of course welcome to say your a member, share USBBF posts, all the things any member would do just dont make yourself out to be something your not.  If you want to use the logo in your advertising - let us know and we'll work with you.

  • School Recognition/Membership fees are $50.00 for a two year period (24 months).  For multiple locations each after the first will be $20.00 for the same 2 year period.

    Renewals are $50.00 for the main location and $20.00 for each additional location. 2 year period.

    Submit 5 paid student applications with this and school membership is free excluding rank validation.  It's best to print this form and the student memberships and mail them in together.

    In order to complete this application we will need:

    Copies of your rank certificates unless previously submitted.

    Copies of school materials talking about your school, training philosophy (what you teach and why) or a written narative.

    If you do not have a website or Facebook page we will request photos of your school inside and out.

    These maybe scanned and emailed to info@usblackbeltfed.com or mailed with your form.  Once recieved we will contact you if more information is needed.
