The highest paying 3on3 in the Northwest. June 13th and 14th in Missoula, Montana at Hellgate High School.

Thank you for your interest in playing in the 2020 Bradshaw Basketball 3 on 3 Tournament. Please realize this is NOT a recreational program and the focus on competition increases dramatically. The philosophy of this tournament is to give men an opportunity to play basketball at an advanced level while giving every team the opportunity to win to the best of their ability. A minimum of $6,000 will be paid to the men's open division winning team. More money could be paid out. The final figure payout will be based on the number of teams entered to play. $6,000 is guaranteed. $500 will be paid out to the second place team. $1,500 will be paid out to the winning team of the men's 6'1 & under. $300 will be paid out to the second place team of that division.

By Signing Up Below I/We understand:

There is a significant time commitment to your team and teammates.
This is NOT a recreational program and there is NO minimum playing time requirement.
Games are mandatory. Missing games will result in an automatic disqualification.
You must be 18 years of age or older.
There is a Men's open division. Meaning any height and/or skill set is allowed. There is also a Men's 6'1 and under division. Please be sure to register for the proper tournament based on your team needs.

- I/We assume all risks and hazards incidental to such participation including transportation to and from activities, and I/We do herby waive, absolve, indemnify and agree to hold harmless Bradshaw Media LLC – except to the extent and in the amount covered by liability insurance.

- I/We understand Medical insurance will NOT be provided by Bradshaw Media.

NOTE: THIS FORM INCLUDES A RELEASE OF LIABILITY.

Since participation in sports activities can be dangerous, Bradshaw Media LLC requires that all participants assume all risks associated with basketball by signing this general release.

For and in consideration of choosing to participate in Bradshaw Media LLCs 3on3 Basketball activities, I hereby voluntarily release, discharge, waive and relinquish any and all claims or actions for damages for personal injury, permanent disability, death, or property damage which I or my team may have, or which may here after accrue to me or my team, as a result of my participation in 3on3 basketball activities during play and while I am at the facility while others play or for any other reason. This release is intended to discharge, in advance, Bradshaw Media LLC, it’s officers, employees and agents, and the owners and maintainers of any facility used for this basketball tournament, from any and all liability arising out of or connected in any way with my and my team's participation in basketball activities, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness on the part of Bradshaw Media LLC, its officers, agents or employees, or the owners or maintainers of any facility used by Bradshaw Media LLC for basketball activities.

I further understand that serious accidents occasionally occur during basketball activities, and that participants occasionally sustain serious personal injuries, death or property damage as a consequence thereof. Knowing the risks, I have voluntarily chosen to participate in the activity of basketball and thereby agree to assume those risks to release and hold harmless Bradshaw Media LLC, its officers, employees or agents, or the owners or maintainers of any facility used by Bradshaw Media LLC for basketball activities, who (through negligence or carelessness) might otherwise be liable to me or to my teammates (or my heirs or assigns) for damages.

I further understand and agree that this release, discharge, waiver, and assumption of risk is to be binding on my and my team's heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns.

I further agree to indemnify and to hold harmless Bradshaw Media LLC, its officers, employees and agents, or the owners or maintainers of any facility used by Bradshaw Media LLC for basketball activities, for any loss, liability damage, cost or expense which may incur as a result of any injury or property damage I or my child may sustain while participating in the activity.

I agree to comply with the program’s stated and customary terms and conditions for participation according to Bradshaw Media LLC If I observe any significant change with regards to my mine or my team's readiness for participation in the tournament, I will remove my team from the tournament immediately.

I have read this Informed Consent/General Release, fully understanding its terms, that I give up substantial rights by signing it, and sign it voluntarily.
