If you or your dog suffers from any illness or disability it would be helpful if you would let us know when returning your application.

Female Dogs - bitches in season should not be brought to club until their season is over. If you have any doubts, please contact Sara.

Data Protection:– the only data that you give to Lapford Dog Club that is held electronically is your name and email, purely for the purposes of keeping you up to date with relevant club information. This data is held by one person only on a private computer that is password protected. Lapford Dog Club does not share your information either within the club or with third parties. The rest of your information is securely stored and destroyed if you do not renew your membership due on Jan 1st each year. If you do not wish Lapford Dog Club to store your information electronically or otherwise please let us know but be aware that this will mean we cannot contact you.

Control of Dogs Order 1992 states that ‘any dog in a public place should wear the name and address of the owner on the collar, identity disc or name plate attached to it’. This could be surname, first line of the address and post code; phone number is optional. Please ensure that your dog has the appropriate ID.

REFUNDS:- Refunds are given at the discretion of Lapford Dog Club. A request for a refund should be made to Sara Thurgood by email or in writing.

Lapford Dog Club Obedience Instructors are qualified with the British Institute of Professional Dog Trainers.
