Opportunity Camp 2019 Counselor Application
Opportunity Camp is July 1-5, 2019 (Monday afternoon through Friday afternoon.)

Please take the next 10-15mins to fully complete the Counselor Application. You must complete the entire application to be considered. You must hit submit at the end of the process to send the application. If you close the application before you submit it, you will lose all progress you have made.

The Counselor application must be submitted by June 1, 2019 by 11:59pm.
You will be notified whether or not a counselor position is available to you by the end of June 3, 2019.

OC requires full day and night care of the children. There are outdoor activities that require Counselors to be present with the children. Are there any major or minor medical issues we should know about or that would make this responsibility more difficult for you? If so, please explain. We want to best partner you with a co-counselor and children that may be a good fit if there are any special concerns.
