Zoning Interpretation Request

Please use this application for requesting an interpretation of a Zoning Ordinance related to a specific property, use or regulation standard by the appointed Amity Township Zoning Officer. Should the review and response of the inquiry require a time greater than 15 minutes by the Zoning Officer, an hourly rate of $75 per hour will be assessed and due prior to receiving written intepretation. This interpretation will not include review on any questions related to the Building Code. Upon receipt of the application we will estimate the time and if we feel it will take over 30 minutes to provide the full review, we will notify you prior to proceeding for approval to process.
