Job Description
- Hire five assistant directors who are experts in various content areas (ex. design/dev, photo/video, campaigns, writing/reporting), and help those assistant directors hire their staff.
- Manage projects from conception to completion, including helping with pitches, assigning work to team members and managing deadlines and client expectations.
- Hold Brand Studio staff and content to professional-level standards while maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning and teamwork.
- Maintain excellent relationships and communication with other DTH Media divisions, in particular, the advertising staff.
- Work with the DTH professional staff to provide the training and feedback necessary to keep the staffers growing and developing.
- Manage freelancer pay and payroll for team leaders.
- Lead weekly meetings to keep all projects moving and make sure everyone is aware of problems, etc.

During the week of April 11- April 18th, applicants will schedule an interview with Collin, applicants will present a 15-minute pitch (April 19th during All-hands) to a meeting of the Brand Studio staff, then take questions. Staffers will have an opportunity to provide feedback on the applicants in writing.
