Thank you for your interest in serving the Lord this upcoming year as a Leader in InterVarsity Trojan Christian Fellowship. This is a one-year commitment and a unique opportunity to be developed as you learn what it means to be a leader in the Kingdom of God. Leadership is influence, and influence begins in the ways we surrender our lives to God and choose to serve Him on His terms.
InterVarsity at USC's core vision is ”to see our entire campus encounter Jesus, love radically, and change the world”. Being a part of the leadership team is a way you can participate in this vision. We’re excited to embark on this process with you as you discern your plans to serve Him next year. InterVarsity is a student lead movement, and our leadership consists of a team of staff and student leaders. If you have any questions or need someone to chat with about this, feel free to email any of the staff.
There are a few different leadership roles you can apply for. Please review the commitments link for an overview of roles before you apply. All potential leaders must be willing and able to follow through with each commitment on the following document and agree to the doctrinal basis.
Leadership Commitments and Information
InterVarsity's Doctrinal Basis
Once you've looked over the commitments and doctrinal basis, sign up for a Leadership Conversation.
InterVarsity doesn’t guarantee a leadership position for every applicant. However, it does guarantee a helpful opportunity to process what God is doing in each individual’s life and an opportunity to vision for what God is inviting the individual into. Intervarsity leadership isn’t the only way to get involved. Leadership might not be the best fit for you in this season, but our hope is that you will continue to serve and grow in your walk with Jesus in this community.
Here are other ways to get involved:
