I give my son/daughter permission to attend the Shabbaton. I understand that my son/daughter will be expected to observe the rules of the Shabbaton, from dress code and respectful overall behavior in davening and meals to respectful behavior at night and during all programming and beyond.

Beth Tfiloh Dahan Community High School requires that parent/guardians (electronically) sign a permission form each time their child participate in a program that is off-campus or outside of school hours. If the permission form is not complete, Beth Tfiloh cannot allow your child to participate in this event.
