  • If product is within warranty and confirmed to be a Setra defect service will be performed at no cost. If in warranty and failure is determined to be an application or customer issue, evaluation fees would apply. All prices below are PER UNIT

    Written Failure Analysis – Qty must be 2 or greater to request FA. Returns for analysis will include long term and possible destructive testing and will also include a formal written report with Containment and Corrective Action. Failure Analysis testing cannot be expedited, and the unit may not be repairable after the analysis is complete. Please note: Lead time is extended on all failure analysis returns. ($200 per unit)
