This is an application only. This means that once this form is in, we will take some time to do our child safety checks and reference checks before confirming whether we can accept you as a leader at our camps.

If you are accepted, you will also need to register for the camp you would like to attend. You can find these on our website under the leaders tab.

We need two references from each leader. Referees must be over 18, not family members, and have known you for over two years. One of your references needs to be someone who can comment on your Christian faith, with the purpose to keep in line with our Trust Deed as a Christian ministry camp.

Each leader requires a police check to be completed by Bridge Valley. Please fill out the information below as exact as possible.

We require a primary and secondary form of ID, one being a Photo ID. If you cannot provide us with these documents, continue your application then contact us.

Primary forms of ID include: passport, NZ full birth certificate, NZ citizen certificate, NZ certificate of identity, or NZ firearms licence.

Secondary forms of ID include: NZ drivers licence, 18+ card, or NZ student photo ID card.

Please upload a clear, legible scan/photo of your photo I.D. You may need to do multiple scans/photos if there if further information on the back (such as the expiry date on a drivers licence)
