I agree to collect 1) State Sales Tax at 5.5%, and 2) City of Grand Island Sales Tax at 2% and report it to the State of Nebraska. The GIKC will be glad to collect the funds on Sunday for all Out-of-State Vendors. An envelope will be provided to collect the tax and will be picked up on Sunday afternoon by the Grand Island Kennel Club Vendor Chairperson.

Failure to comple with this procedure will result in not being able to participate in future events.
