CMAthletic Uniform Agreement
I have selected the proper size shirt for my athlete to participate in DLeague Basketball for the 2025-2026 season. This is my shirt to keep once the season is over. I understand that this shirt plus the athletic shorts of my choosing are expected to be worn at each game. Should my athlete's shirt become lost or damaged, I will find a replacement solution.*
