Louisiana State Guidelines for Reimbursement

Reimbursement for meals is allowed only for overnight stay.

Breakfast - $13 (Alex, EBR, Cov, Lak Charl, Laf) or $17 (N.O.)

Lunch - $15 (Alex,EBR,Cov, Lak Charl, Laf) or $18 (N.O.)

Dinner - $26 (Alex, EBR, Cov, Lak Charl, Laf) or $ 34 (N.O.)

Milage is allowed when using your personal veh., reimb may not exceed max of 99 miles per round trip for training. *Total Miles paid to & from for site visits.

Mileage - $0.655

*Lodging must be pre-approved, ask for state rate, receipts required.
Reason for Travel? If for Debriefing/Defusing etc. please submit Debriefing form in addition to this form.
