Accounts:
In this cross-functional role, you will be responsible for working on a team of creatives, digital members, and account services members to produce advertising and public relations solutions for your client. Responsibilities include attending weekly Monday meetings from 6-8 p.m., as well as scheduling clients, calls with your team and client contact on a weekly basis. You will report to the Advertising and Public Relations Directors and provide them with Creative Briefs, Scopes of Work, and Conference Reports.

Creative Internship:
You will go through an internship with our Creative Directors prior to full entry into the agency. This includes learning and improving in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Indesign. Once admitted in agency following a successful internship, the below will apply:
Copywriting:
Advertising copywriters work closely with other creative (visual) Agency staff in the conception and production of the verbal messaging elements of advertising campaigns. Responsibilities include interpreting account briefs, researching clients, producing original, clear and credible ideas/messages/scripts, and presenting these to clients and colleagues. You will report to the Creative Director as well as your respective Account Executive.
Art Direction:
Art Directors ensure that their clients' desired message and image is conveyed to their target. You are responsible for the overall visual aspects of campaigns and promotion. Other responsibilities include, interpreting account briefs, producing original, clear and credible ideas and visual content, and presenting these to clients and colleagues. You will report to the Creative Director as well as your respective account lead.

- You have an understanding of graphic design programs, including (but not limited to) Photoshop, InDesign, etc.
- You have strong brainstorming & ideation skills.
Digital:
Digital Team Members will work closely with each department at Lindsey + Asp to generate unique and creative social media content. They will also have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge about the different uses for each social media. Each member should have a desire to constantly learn and research about the changes in the digital world as well as have excellent time management and organizational skills.

- You know your way around multiple social media platforms. Including, but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn.
- You’re interested in learning more about digital trends in the advertising and public relations industries.
- You’re a problem solver with strong analytical skills.
- You work well with a team and hold yourself accountable.
Research:
Research Members are responsible for conducting qualitative and quantitative research on behaviors, perceptions, knowledge, and attitudes for Lindsey+Asp’s clients. Responsibilities include conducting surveys, focus groups, reports and other research methods to provide valuable information to the agency’s clients. Research members are given assignments commensurate with account assistance and are expected to complete these assignments by the deadlines given by the Director of Strategies and Research. Department members report to the Director of Strategies and Research, Advertising and Public Relations Directors.

Video:
As a videographer for Lindsey + Asp, you will be responsible for creating the video materials the agency and the account teams will need. You should have a comprehensive knowledge of the three phases of production (Pre, Pro, Post). You should also be able to schedule and produce your own videos should the need arise. You will report to the Video Producer.

All Agency Members are required to meet in Lindsey+Asp from 4 to 6 p.m. every Monday.
