People with disabilities, people of color, Indigenous people, Hispanic/Latinx, and LGBTQ candidates are encouraged to apply.

    Our Philosophy for Faciliators:

We value an artist-centered approach to creative programs. Each individual that walks into one of our programs is an artist looking for a way to creatively express themselves.

Creative expression requires tools, knowledge of the different ways to use them, and a safe space to explore them. This is what our creative facilitators strive to provide for our artists.

Artists bring their desire to create. Facilitators provide the skills and safety for them to turn that desire into creative expression.

Our goal at FYACS is to enable artists to develop their own personal aesthetic and creative vision.
