Blakeslee Community Association, better known to area residents as “The Community Center”, is a non-profit organization serving the residents and businesses on and around the Pocono Plateau. We are presently in the process of applying for a Pennsylvania “Match Money” Grant to upgrade and repair the foundation, roof and plumbing of the building in order to continue being of service to the area. A vital part of our application requires that we prove that we will be able to match the grant funds appropriated to us with donations, pledges, grants from other sources, and available funds in our treasury.

Therefore, we are asking residents and businesses in the area for donations or pledges to submit with our application that must be submitted by March 1, 2019. If, for some reason, we are turned down for the grant, all pledges will be null and void.
