All vendors must be set up and open for business by 7:45 am and are required to remain at the expo until we close at 12:30 ish

In addition to your vendor fee(s) you are required to offer a product or prize for the Give-A-Way drawing equal in value to a minimum of $30.00

All tents are required to be weighted down (no ground stakes)

Bring your own tent or you may take advantage our one of ours

Turnkey arrangements where we provide you with a 10' x 10' pop up tent, 6' table, and 2 chairs all set up and placed in your space for an additional $50.00 rental fee

120 volt Generator Power is available on request for an additional charge of $25.00

The event is rain or snow and booth space fees are non-refundable

Upon acceptance of your application, we will email you a PayPal link for payment
