Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement

In consideration of the services (the “Services”) to be provided by Rhode Island Latino Arts (RILA), I hereby agree as follows:

(i) I hereby assume all risks involved in my participation and that of my guests in any tour provided by Rhode Island Latino Arts (RILA);

(ii) I hereby release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue Rhode Island Latino Arts (RILA), its principals and partners, and its employees and agents, and each of them (the “Releasees”) from all liability to the undersigned, his/her personal representatives, assignees, heirs and next-of-kin for any loss on account of injury to the undersigned (including death) or damage to property of the undersigned arising from or during the provision of the Services;

(iii) I hereby agree to indemnify, save and hold harmless the Releasees, and each of them, from any loss, liability, damage or cost that they may incur for losses and damages which may be brought against me or against any of them by anyone claiming to be injured (including death) or whose property is damaged as a result of my actions arising from or during the provision of the Services;

(iv) The undersigned further expressly agrees that the foregoing Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement is intended to be as broad and inclusive as is permitted in State of Rhode and that if any portion thereof is held to be invalid it is agreed that the balance of the Agremeent shall continue in full force and effect; and,

(v) The undersigned has read and voluntarily signs this Release, Waiver and Indemnity Agreement and further agrees that no oral representations and inducements apart from the foregoing have been made.
