ALL members of each vendor teams must be included in the registration form. If a team member cannot make it for the show, each new member replacement must be approved by Hypnotique Ink. It is the vendor's responsibility to ensure each member is approved and is on the vendor list. Entrance will not be permitted to anyone not on the approved vendor/artist list.

BOOTH SETUP WILL START AT 8:30 A.M.
10x10 Booth - Includes 2 vendor badges, 1 table, 2 chairs (trash can, and power outlet will only be provided for artists).
VENDOR FEE: $300 (BOTH DAYS)
You can request for a booth assistant for an additional $15 fee.
REGISTRATION IS SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.
