2026-2027 CSRPC Travel and Research Grant Application - PhD Candidates ONLY

PhD candidates in all divisions and professional schools with projects in race/ethnic studies and who are in good standing are eligible to apply for a travel-research grant of up to $2000 to be used between July 14, 2026 and May 17, 2027.

This application is for PhD candidates ONLY.

PLEASE NOTE: Recommendation letters are no longer required.
This application requires the following documents in addition to this form. You will be asked to upload the following materials:
1. Two-page curriculum vitae
2. A grant proposal not to exceed two single-spaced pages that should provide a description of the proposed research project or purpose of travel, travel dates, research to be accomplished during travel period, and the relevance of the project to the study of race and ethnicity
3. A one-page detailed budget, including other sources of funding if relevant, and an explanation of how the requested funding will be used
