Effective {date}, will be eligible to participate in the Delasco Preferred purchasing program and receive preferred pricing, established January 1st of each new calendar year. Delasco reserves the right to change pricing during a calendar year should we receive a pricing increase from a manufacturer of 5%, or greater. Delasco continuously sources new products and may add them to the Preferred pricing list throughout the year.

Program shipping discounts include:
- Free ground shipping on orders over $500 within the contiguous United States. Does not include hazmat fees.
- Flat rate $10 ground shipping on orders less than $500 within the contiguous United States
- Free International, Alaska and Hawaii shipping on orders over $750 via PMI (Priority Mail International)
Delasco will include in the Preferred Program effective {date}. Attainment of the annual purchasing requirements ensures auto enrollment into the Delasco Preferred Program the following year.

Should total purchases not meet the annual spend requirement, Delasco reserves the right to extend an alternate pricing and service program. Retroactive invoicing is not available. Offers are not valid on prior orders, quantity discounts or any other special offer.
