There is no registration fee for participating in the IBG Volunteers' Weekend. The Volunteers' Weekend is open to volunteers and leaders living in Germany, as well as those living in EU member states. We can (partly) reimburse your travel costs depending on distance - let us know where you will be travelling from and we can provide you with more information.

We require certain personal data (name, email address, address, emergency contact) to register you for one of our events. This data is used solely for the event for which you are registering. If you consent to your contact information being shared with other participants, we may share your name and email address prior to the training to facilitate traveling together. Once the purpose of the data collection no longer applies or the statutory retention period has expired, your data will be blocked or deleted. Please note that data transmission over the internet is not always secure.
