Once we have reviewed and approved your credit request a credit will be issued and will be noted on your next statement.

If there are any discrepencies, then a member of the Inventory team will contact you by email.

NTFB cannot guarantee a credit if its submitted 72 hours after your invoice has been issued to your agency. For policy details please see Partner Agency Guidebook online.
