Terms and Conditions
Booths will be assigned on a first come, first PAID basis; however, every effort will be made to ensure that you have the best space possible. You will receive written confirmation of your booth assignment. The undersigned hereby authorizes TACP to reserve exhibit space at the Chattanooga Convention Center, for use by the above company/organization during the 2019 Annual Conference Vendor EXPO. The undersigned agrees to abide by the “Exhibition Rules and Regulations”outlined in the registration packet and ensures that all representatives working in the booth are aware of the terms, conditions and rules pertaining to the exhibition. Full payment is required for confirmation of booth space reservation. There will be NO refunds on booth space(s) cancelled after June 24, 2019.
