    1. Training philosophy: We use force-free, science-based training methods. Pain, fear, intimidation, and other aversive techniques are not used or recommended during training.

    2. Client Expectation: We work using the Least Intrusive, Minimally Aversive (LIMA) approach. Clients should be open to learning and applying these methods throughout training. We understand that many people have received conflicting advice in the past, and our goal is to educate, support, and help you make informed decisions without judgement.

    3. Training Commitment: Behaviour change takes time, consistency, and practice. The trainer will provide professional guidance and support, but you are your pet's primary trainer. Completing the recommended training between sessions is essential for achieving the best possible results.

    4. Agreement to communicate: You authorise Shaggy Dog Pet Services to communicate, when clinically appropriate, with relevant professionals involved in your pet's care (such as veterinarians, veterinary behaviourists, certified trainers, or rescue organisations) for the purpose of providing the best care possible. Only the minimum necessary information will be shared. Any communication outside this scope will require your written consent.
