Online is prefered method of entry. Mailed in entries will only be accepted until Oct 27th 2025. After Oct 27 online only and with a $25.00 late fee. A waiver can be mailed, emailed or signed at check in.

Your entry will not be complete until payment is recieved. You can mail a check to Stephanie DuRoss 18109 E Cherry Hills Pl Queen Creek AZ 85142. PayPal payments are accepted if you use the friends and family option to avoid extra fees added to the ride for this convenience. Send PayPal payments to Luv4riding@aol.com or Venmo Payments to @Stephanie-DuRoss or Zelle.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations prior to 5:00pm Monday, November 3rd, will receive a full refund. Cancellations after 5:00pm November 3rd will be charged an administration fee of $25.00. A no show, no call, will not receive a refund. Once the applicant starts the ride, the entry fee is not refundable. Ride Manager must be notified of cancellation by the start of the ride or no refund will be issued. Please allow 7-10 business days after the ride for refund to be returned.
